Eoin O'Dell BCL (NUI), BCL (Oxon), LLM (a.e.g. (Dubl)), MA (j.o. (Dubl)), PhD (Cantab), FTCD (2003), BL is a Senior Lecturer in the Law School, Trinity College Dublin. He lectures and researches, (and blogs at http://www.cearta.ie) on Contract, Restitution, Freedom of Expression and European Media Law Regulation and Policy.
